Importing an Office table into Evolution 13  en

I manage a website for a sports league.  I would like to be able to take a table (e.g. a game schedule)  or report created in Office or LibreOffice (Excel or Word type documents), open it, copy and paste it into the website, but all formatting is lost when I try this , and I'm forced to use the space bar to try and line up columns, etc.  Is there any format that I can put the data in first, then do a copy and paste process without a whole bunch of extra formatting afterwards?

My website is peterboroughsrslopitch.org  .  An example of the page I'd like to have some better formatting with is the one entitled "Umpire Schedule".  Thanks.

Brian

Hello Brian

Besides the solutions that KolAsom give, there is also the CSV-viewer.

It is a X5 object, so you have to pay credits.

You find it here : CSV viewer

From your Excel you export a sheet as csv-file. This file you can view in the csv-viewer.

Columns can be sorted online, and the table can be paginated.

Kind regards

However, if you want to have many sheets and also word-documents, maybe the best  and easiest solution would be to use PDF  and iframes.

This way you can also have a page with a list of documents, and on the same page an iframe.

Then - when clicking one of the list-items, the corresponding PDF-file will be shown in the iframe.

Kind regards

John S.
