Cannot unlock admin or protected pages; V10  en

I took a while to respond with my license number in last post, so I thought it best to start over to attract attention. I still have the following problem:

It worked once - a new website uploaded with locked pages. Default username/password box came up and then protected pages were visible.

Then I updated the site and cannot get the pages to unlock - the default box reappears (if I had selected one of the protected pages as the Entrance page or to the unlocked Home page if I had selected that in the Access Management tool. I am not sure what changed or what to check at this point.

I am also not able to enter the x5 admin area - same issue as above, it keeps popping up the password entry screen even though the entries are consistent with the admin credentials in Access Management.

website = qipower-innovations.com

Thanks,

Matthew

Hello Matthew,

I have removed the licency from your post for normal user's I can't hide it for Moderator's so I would suggest to edit the first post and change it to private.

Incomedia will check your account, but you should be able to add the v10 code to your license admin panel here in answers, use the mail adress in your profile where you bought x5 with and add also the licence there (top right pulldown next to your name)

For your website try to delete history and cookies, do a full upload, refresh page with F5 and try again your locked pages.
