Hi,
Today i've bought WebSite X5 Professional 15 key on Ebay but i can't find any activation guide for it, plese tell me is there any activation guide in your site?

thank you for your message.
In order to activate the software, you will please need to download it from the provided link, enter the licence key you received and choose an e-mail and a password for the activation.
If you bought a used copy, you will probably receive an error message stating that the key as been used using anther e-mail, namely the one which the first user chose for the registration. In this case, I please need you to post here the licence in question, so we can get in touch with the previous owner of the licence and ask him for the licence transfer confirmation.

How can i download distributive of 15 PRO version from official site without buying anything? because i've already have a key.

Artur, please follow Elisa's advice. In order to download the full version of WX5 you need the username (email address) and password of the original owner. You should provide the key here, and then Incomedia can change the ownership so you can log in and download.
When you write the key and save your post you should then go to the first post you made above, click the gear and mark the post as private (the red eye), this will mean that only you and Incomedia will be able to see the post and any replies or comments.
