Preview close down X5 v15 al most every time.

After installation of v15 the program shuts down almost everytime that i use preview the function. do you have any surgestions about what could be wrong?

Check several things,
popup blocker in defauls browser
firewall/virusscanner
start preview with ctrl button pressed.
else:
does it also happen on a new project if nor export project in step 5 then import back and try again.
what opreating system do you use if still not solved?
