I found a similar problem with the Weather object, the image file for the object is not displayed even after re-applying and other images such as for day...conditions...etc. are not displayed (dev.atfonline.com.au/fishing-reports.html).

Hello everybody,

please copy the folder "appsresources\fonts" to "pluginAppObj". The files in the folder still need the correct name and always "weathericon-regular-webfont". This affects all file types.

And everything works again!

Greetings Jeanette

Thanks Jeanette, I have attempted different combinations of this suggested fix and yet to see a resolution e.g I have attempted:

1) Copying the Fonts folder to pluginAppObj;

2) Copying the appsresources\fonts folders to pluginAppObj;

3) Copying the files under the Fonts folder to pluginAppObj;

4) Repeating 1 - 3 to the specific pluginAppObj_xx_xx folders.

In each instance refreshing or moving between pages; Am I missing something or have I mis-interperted your suggested resolution?

Hello Dave,

in the directory "appsresources\fonts" are the fonts for displaying the weather icons. This directory is in the wrong place and belongs in the directory "pluginAppObj".

Please make the following in the directory of your website:

1) Copying the folder "appsresources" included the subfolder "fonts" to pluginAppObj

2) Check now in the folder "pluginAppObj\appsresources\fonts" the filenames from the fonts. These must all be "weathericon-regular-webfont" with the different file extensions (.eot, .svg, .ttf, .woff, .woff2)

3) Check the result:

/pluginAppObj/appsresources/fonts/weathericons-regular-webfont.eot

/pluginAppObj/appsresources/fonts/weathericons-regular-webfont.svg

/pluginAppObj/appsresources/fonts/weathericons-regular-webfont.ttf

/pluginAppObj/appsresources/fonts/weathericons-regular-webfont.woff

/pluginAppObj/appsresources/fonts/weathericons-regular-webfont.woff2

4) Reload page

Then it should work!

He finds then again the font he needs to represent the symbols!

Thanks Jeanette, really appreciate the additional instructions and this does indeed fix the font problem. However, the background picture is still not being displayed - is this something that Incomedia are working on?
