Version 16 Activation Error 301

Hi,
I have just downloaded the new V16 for my Professional version but when I go to start the new version I get "Activation Error: 301" and "The licence key entered does not exist therefore it is not valid".
This is a valid licence key that I use for my earlier version and is also the one the new V16 asked me to enter.
I entered it correctly twice but still the error message.
What do I do?

Hi Elisa,
I simply downloaded the new version, clicked to install, I selected the English setup language, the setup wizard popped up and I clicked "next", I accepted the terms agreement, clicked "install", the program installs, I get the website activation pop up, I click next and get the page to activate my licence, I manually enter my licence key and email, I click "next" and get an "activation error: 302" page pop up - see attached.

It's ok now. I tried it again and seemed to be ok. So I've updated now.
