Adust size of vertical gaps on webpage?

I have a relatively large vertical gap between my top menu bar and my first text box (see attached JPEG). Can someone tell me how to adjust this please? Excuse my inneptitude in this matter. I'm not so techinically savvy. Thank you in advance for any help. www.minster-gothic.com

David, it looks like the space allocated for the header is far greater than you require.
If this is the case, try reducing the height in the template structure
