I added a facebook like button into the footer of a website using a HTML box.

The button appears, accepts a click, increases the counter, but nothing appears on my facebook profile.

Any thoughts?

I have a similar problem: I am using the facebook like button in my blog. When I click it, the button changes to grey, but nothing happens.

"nothing" means also no counter to be shown :-(

Good morning!

I tryed to test the facebook button, here's what I did:

Added the button - liked it - it asks me to connect to facebook - I entered my data -

and the message appeared on my facebook profile.

Please check that you have added correctly the URL to like in the ''Widget - facebook like button'' window then, look in the HTML code window and check that after the ''href='' (3rd row) the URL is correct.

Hello Ruth!

You can't do this automatically with the program, the only way to do this is by creating your own ''cell style'':

  • text object
  • customize the cell style
  • add your product's image
  • add the like button HTML code (all on a single line) higlight it and select the ''enable HTML code'' option.
  • add a link to this box that will bring you to the actual e-commerce system.
