Transfering Website 5x Evolution 8.0.16 to my new PC  en

Hello. I Want to transfer Website 5x Evolution 8.0.16 to my new PC. I have tried in different ways, without luck, the pictures does not appear, it  sais " error File open error" Please help me!

When i go to Sitemap, it says File Open Error(-2147220850)
