How Can I Change Utf-8 To Windows-1250  en

How can i set characters from UTF-8 to windows-1250, where are this settings to control?

I have allready translate language to slovene (in the language icon in general settings). Now my letters on keyboard are not showing correctly on the site, because i have unicode UTF-8, but i need windows-1250.

That's strange even because UTF-8 is the charset type that is able to rapresent all the characthers. Please be sure if the problem could be related to your web hosting provider settings. Can you also send me a screen-shot about that?

The problem is solved when i formated my comp. i belive that was something wrong with my operation system.

I have the same problem with Polish characters. I opened new post some time ago but noone from Incomedia replied and I really need it to update my site for my clients. I have no Polish characters. What shall I do to have it back on my new computer I use right now???? damn this is so annoying that I wait 5 days for short answer!!!
