Felix, have you followed the correct proceedure?

To bring your project from v10 to v13 you must import the iwzip file.

To create this file, open your project in v10, go to step5 export, export the project.

Now open v13 and select import, then select the iwzip file you created.

If you are getting this error when importing the iwzip, then could you please open v10 and import the iwzip (this will not overwrite your existing project) and report here if this also generates an error.

Thank you for responding.

The import worked fine with no errors in v10.

But still failed in v13.

Felix, how big is the v10 iwzip of the project?

If it is less than 2gb, you can go to wetransfer.com, upload it, create a link and paste it here, then Incomedia staff can take a look for you. If you go to your 1st post above and select hide (the red eye) only Incomedia staff will be able to see this post and your project. If you do not hide it then all and sundry can download your project.

I am happy to look if you can't wait for Incomedia (just don't hide the post :-)
