i got domain ( smkcinematic.com) from one.com. they sent mail as domain is now ready to use
and they gave
username- ***
password- ...........
in export, i used ftp.smkcinematic.com , username *** and password. but not working. massage showing as unable to conect server
please help me how to do?

You should have had an e-mail with the login data, check again.
I suspect one is not coorrect, check username especialy.
