E-mail Forms Not Working In V9, Worked In V8

E-mail form not working in evolution 9, works just fine in version 8. I tried the preferences on first page changing to each choice and testing but got nothing back. GoDaddy hosting. Please help as this is very frustrating, i can't bring my v8 site into v9 until the e-mail form works.

can you tell me the link of your site please?
In step 0, "Preference", change the "Email form script type".
