Setting Up An Entry Form In V9  en

I've just set up an entry form on my website using V9 and through testing have realised the sender is receiving a confirmation email but I'm not receiving the entry form via the email I've inserted. I tried 3 different email address (all gmail), checked spelling and looked in spam boxes but nothing is there. This worked fine in V8. Any suggestions????? Thanks

Try these different scripts in V9 when you first open the program.....

Thanks Cheey Man. That worked a treat.
Is there anywhere where I can read up about the changes I just made and why it worked?

Thanks again,

Declan

Hello Declan,

by default WebSite X5 Evolution 9 uses the Standard Script: if this script does not work, due to the configurations on the Server being used, you can replace it and enable the Low-level Script or Low-quality Server Script options. If you have to use this last script type it could mean that your server does not support html emails.

In other words, if your server supports the standard script type, it means it's a bit more advanced! Wink
