Even though I believe you're already aware of this, I would still like to point out that it is currently impossible for two different parties to work together on a single project file. This is due to the fact that each of them will be working on their own copy of the project at a time. Once one of the two is done for the day of course, he might export the resulting IWZIP on the cloud thus allowing the other person to continue the work from there. This cannot be done tiogether at the same time.

If you simply want to be able to quickly share the project with a different person elsewhere, both OneDrive and Google Drive can meet those needs. They do not have any particular restriction on such operations
