Brian, please start WX5, select your ploject and click backup. If there is a backup select & redo.

Backups are only created if you upload your site to the web via the built in ftp.

If none that exist will fix the problem, there is a possibility that you could rename metadatabu.xml to metadate.xml and then retry backup/redo

If all else fails and there are no backups then sadly if you do not have an iwzip (step 5 export, export project) your project is probably lost.

For future reference:

PLEASE make frequent use of step5 export / export project!
