Try a full install of the project.

As Andre suggested, try performing a new full export of the website again. It seems that either part of the files weren't uploaded correctly, or your hosting is configured in a way where the /admin folder cannot be reached. In this case, it would be best if you contacted your hosting's support directly.
Please check that the folder is in fact present, and let me know if you can get in touch with their support about this as well
