Bjorn,

This happens sometime, it can be internet connection, x5 or the ftp server of your webhost or a firewall.

Just wait, x5 will try to upload again, normaly it will then be uploaded after all.

Use cable connection if possible this reduces this, but then it can still happen from time to time.

Best Regards,

I use cable connection. I get this message every time I try to upload.

Try to do a speed test and see what upload speed you have.

is it always with this project or also with other projects?

Try also without firewall/virusscanner, maybe that slows it down.

Only this project. I have no problems with other projects.

Hi Bjorn.

Is this specific file online already? What if you try to remove it through the FTP client and then perform a new upload?

Could it be that for some reason the hosting isn't allowing the file to be overwritten? Test that out first. Additionally, what if you upload a different project temporarily on the same server? Or the same project in a subfolder? Do you get always the same result?

In this case, it might be necessary to analyze the project directly.

Please keep me posted on this

Thank you

Stefano

Bjorn,
Try also to export the project in step5, import it again in x5, and upload the imported project and see if that has helped.
