I have to change from the FTP protocol to the sFPT protocol but WebsiteX5 can't connect to the server anymore

I have to change the protocol from FTP to sFTP my provider does not support the FTP anymore.
Now I can't connect to the server. According to my provider I did the right things, he can't help me on this.
I already disabled the firewall (windows as well as BullGuard) but that did not help me any further.
I'm desperate as my orders depend for 80% on my website : esw-exclusief.nl.

verwijder public_html eens en probeer het dan nog eens. daarna weer juiste folder selecteren en x5 zal vragen om bevestiging.
Weet niet zeker of t lukt hoor gewoon ff proberen.
try to remove public_html.

Heb ik ook al geprobeerd, helaas zonder resultaat.
Ik snap er helemaal niets van. Ik heb ook al een andere browser geprobeerd, de firewalls uitgeschakeld (wat trouwens bij windows niet lukte omdat deze weer meteen terugsprong) niets helpt.
Ik wordt er een beetje moedeloos van.

I can see that you're still working with a very old version of the software. Unfortunately, a lot has changed both in the software and on most hostings online, and it is very much possible that the oldest version of WebSiteX5 won't work with more modern FTP systems.
The Staff can no longer offer support for versions as old as this, so I can only recommend a different approach to the issue.
At Step 5, consider exporting your project locally as files, and then upload those on your hosting through a third party software such as FileZilla.
This way, you should be able to get your files uploaded correctly

Thanks for your response.
Maybe I should better upgrade my version.
Could you please inform about the possibilities of upgrading, or should I buy a complete new version?
In that case I do hope I can inport my website in the new version.

Stefano means version 17, you are still using version 10 if i am not mistaken.
In top right pulldown next to your name you can find special offers but i don't think there is one for a upgrade from v10 to v17.
But I don't know you need to check yourself.
