Upload password lost after update Website X5 11 to version 13. Where can I find it?

Hello.If you are talking about the password for FTP for your hosting, then contact the technical support of your hosting or look at your hosting control panel.

Best is like Aleksej, also says, to contact your webost. They usually have means to create a new password.
This is the best way, then fill the password you get from your host in.
See there FAQ or check there admin panel if you have acces to that.
And it is also not a bad IDEA to change your FTP password from time to time, ss please check your provider, this is fastest and best way.
