ERROR IMPORTING CSV

Good day
I have been haveing a problem lately when exporting my shopping cart to csv,the problem is when i import that same csv file i have the error invalid field count line 40.please can someone tell me what the problem is as i am desprate for help.I have not touched the file in any way only when i import that exact file do i get the error.

(It > En) ... the CSV file must be saved in UTF-8 encoding ...
... check that there are no identical "Name / Code" products;
... check that there are no fields with cells with special characters reserved ...
... if necessary, attach the CSV file here so that the experts and the STAFF can check it ...

Hi every one thank you for your helpful coments the problem was i had special characters in my product discription that i deleated.all sorted now.
