Keeps saying resource not available java.min when trying to load any template on 17 version im pretty annoyed

no templates will load liken1 or 2 please just extend me to 2019 as thisnis mot happenong in this version i uninstalled reinstalled nothing no response

Hello. I just tried to install the first template I got - "Fashion beauty 31". It's ok.No errors. WebSite X5 Professional 17.1.2.
"...just extend me to 2019..." - if you have active update protection, then you can do it yourself.

Gerard, are you running WX5 v16 and trying to load templates built for v17??
If so, this will not work.
Should you wish to move to v2019 to take advantage of all the available templates and features, please check your profile (top right) and select offers to see what this will cost.

im runnning 16v because 17 doesnt work on all templates when i download

Try disabling antivirus and firewall. Try to update Microsoft .NET Framework.
Gerard, if you are entitled to v17 you should run it. You can have both v16 & v17 installed so both remain useable (just maintain separate versions of the projects, I prefer to do this by using different folders like in the old days.).
