Default text doesn't change when I change the language. Why?

Some of the default text won't change to the language I want. For example I went for Romanian, but the "Send" button on the email form has remained the same. As well as the "I agree" button on the cookie bar. I was trying to find the text of that button in the Language management, but I didn't find any similar. Can anyone help me?

Hello.You may need to complete the translation yourself.
If there is no language you need, you will have to create it.
