Scaling Header Background issue

I am using one of the basic templates. I have added a backgound image to the header in Template Structure. When I preview it in any of the smaller screen sizes I get a gray background rather than the dark blue I have set as the background color. I am attahing a jpg of the issue. How can I get either the background image, or get the background color to replace this gray?

Hello.You need to adjust the background image and / or color for all break points separately.
