Is there a way to allow a staff member to upload files (newsletter) to a Website X5 webpage for visitor to be able to download ?

. . . x5 is not a CMS - so only the *webdesigner* can upload the webpage - but you can integrate a little *CMS* so people can *manage* when having rights to do . . .

Thank you PCSSA..... I have devised a work - a -round for this scenario and it works for us quite well. The only thing being...... The staff member should be able to use an outside FTP Client.

We have a Newsletter on FB with a link to a folder on my server. My brother at the end of the month uploads his "NEW" Newsletter and overwrites the old one. Job done!!!

It keeps the same link providing it's named the same as the file on the net!!

How can I find more details about the answer that Frank gave? Can I see an example to see how I can do this ?  and what is the "FB" ?

"FB" is Facebook.......

Just replace a file put on the server by using an FTP Client!! If you want more indepth information contact me V.........
