When i want to use template 28 (motoren) I get "general error"

when i want to use a template which is marked as free of charge, after I fill out my password, I get - algemene fout - which means "general error"
how can that be????

Hello Willem,
You're working on V14? Looks like all Templates of "Cars and Engines" are in generic error. I point out to the support ... (Template 17 too...)
