Form e-mails work flawlessly *except* store order-

The contact forms work perfectly- never had an issue with them.
When an order is placed within the store, the curstomer recieves their confirmation of an order placed, but the order itself is never received to the admin e-mail account. Admin e-mail is designated under Access Management, and is assisgned as the "e-mail address for receiving orders" under the shopping cart. Checked numerous times for typos. I know I must be missing something, but cannot for the life of me figure out what.
GoDaddy is useless in trying to resolve this issue.

Hello Paul,
Do you by any chance include the Order Data in CSV format as an attachment? Sometimes attachments can cause trouble like this.
Have you checked your GoDaddy server log for errors? On most servers it is possible to track delivery of emails. You will often get a very valuable clue as to what has gone wrong with the delivery.
Also check the contents of your 'spam' and 'junk' folders on the server (if using IMAP email) - you may have to do a little digging to make these visible. PHP-generated emails can in certain circumstances be flagged as spam, and can be filtered depending on the configuration and settings on the server and/or email client. It's quite possible that the customer emails arrive but the admin ones don't based on settings alone.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello Paul,
Thanks for the assist on this.
Initially CSV format was checked, but have since turned that off, "just in case." I was really hoping that would solve the problem first thing this morning, but no joy. Called GoDaddy, then came here as I am out of ideas.
Spam folders have been checked regularly. (Initially we were trying to get the confirmation to send to a Hotmail account as well as an Outlook one, now just shooting for the Outlook one. Email routing server side is all set to remote.)
There are no errors that show in the log.
Can I just confirm that you checked the 'Track Delivery' log (if using cPanel) rather than the general server error log?

The email sent from WebSite X5 should definitely be listed in the Track Delivery log somewhere, even if delivery failed. The log will tell you why it failed.

Even selecting "show all" and every table option available, nothing shows. Not even the ones I know were successful through the testing process.
Sorry Paul, a quick Google shows that GoDaddy no longer support the Track Delivery feature on cPanel:

I wasn't aware of this when I posted earlier. That's pretty poor on their part as it is an invaluable troubleshooting tool.
What version of PHP are you running on your GoDaddy server, Paul? I don't think this will be an issue, but we might as well rule it out. WebSite X5 needs a minimum of PHP version 5.6 for all features to operate correctly.

No worries at all. I remember when GoDaddy used to be great and cover everything. Without the nickle and diming.
In the cPanel, it shows 7.2.7
And considering that I am a step away from recreating the entire site from scratch to see if that will do it, I am not opposed to checking anything. I truly appreciate it.
I really don't think recreating the site would fix it, Paul, but if you have the time and don't mind doing so then no harm done of course.
But I'm quietly confident that you'll find this is a server/configuration problem.
I'm still thinking your issue over, but in the meantime I will flag your question for the specific attention of the Incomedia support team, who should get back to you within 24/48 hours.
If I think of anything else I will do the same, as will other WebSite X5 users, I'm sure.
Good luck!

Recreating it didn't solve the problem, but it helped to rule out that I had missed something somewhere.
In testing last night, we took advantage of an A2 offer and tried out their hosting. Uploaded the exact same code there and wouldn't you know it? It all worked as it should. Same site on GoDaddy is still broken. So we have clearly determined where the problem is, and that's something.
Yes, I thought it would be server side. It must be frustrating for you that GoDaddy are no help in resolving the issue when it is clearly within their power to do so. Glad you have narrowed it down, but you really need someone clued up from GoDaddy who can analyse your current settings and configuration on the server.
