I have been receiving the attached error message for the past 2-3 weeks. I have disabled Windows Firewall and Avast Anti-virus. I have added to Evo 9 to the exceptions list in both programs. My current version of Evo 9 is 1748. The "download" section for Evo 9 is no longer available on my personal WebsiteX5 answers. Is it possible to manually download and apply updates? Thank you.

Hello Craig!

We have had problems with our server in the past week therefore your problem could have been caused by this.

Please try again if you haven't already recently and let me know if it pops out again.

Thank you!

I am still receiving the error message.

The "download" section for Evo 9 is no longer available in my personal WebsiteX5 answers area.  Should Evo 9 be visible and available for me to download?

Thank you.

Removed old version using Revo Uninstaller.  I have downloaded and installed the new version.  It is now working.

Thank you very much.
