How do I add a Trade Mark symbol in the text object? (the little "TM" in superscript that goes after a word)

I'm not seeing a way to superscript text in the Text object editor to create a "TradeMark" symbol? Anyone know a workaround? The alt code doesn't seem to work either.

ALT 0153 gives me the following result in the editor:

Are you perhaps using a font which does not include the trademark symbol?
