My WebAnimator Plus (2.1) no longer works. “The trial period is over appears” in a pop-up (while I bought it!) and when entering product code the system indicates that the server is temporarily unavailable. And that for weeks.

I hardly get in touch with WA, but because this is also a product from Incomedia, I ask the question through this way. I also work with WA plus 3.
But I want to make some minor changes to objects made with version 2. That is why I want to open this version.
