Unable to upload changes

Unfortunately, I'm still having ftp problems. My hosting service has confirmed that I am using the correct settings, and I can successfully upload changes to the project from my desktop pc, but when I export a copy and import it on my laptop I cannot upload changes.
When I start X5 on my laptop I get a User Account Control popup asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device". I don't get this when opening on my desktop pc. What is X5 changing?

That has something to do with the settings of your operation system on your laptop.
Check internet there are a lot of solutions for this. It is because you have probably other rights in windows on your laptop then on your pc.
