Update Server Not Working For At Least 1 Week

Is it just me? For a week now whenever I attempt to update Website X5, I receive the error message that the server is unavailable.
I have been trying day and night...

Hello. I have not encountered this problem in the last week.
Try temporarily disabling your antivirus and firewall.
Check that other programs do not use the Internet connection while trying to connect.
If you are using a proxy server or VPN, then try disabling it.
