All purchased/licensed templates not loading on v19  en

I have purchased many templates and none are appearing on v19.1 or 19.2 - the licensed templates are empty how do I load all purchased templates into v19.1 or 19.2?

I asked this question and submitted as a Private message for Incomedia and its been viewed 4 times and followed by one but no answers. So now I post the same question as a public message/question.

Hello.In the 2019 version, some old templates do not work.Watch this video, maybe it will help you.
