School website exported, new info showing in preview but not on the website itself

Hello,
Our school website is not updating even though I have exported several times. It shows up in the Preview as updated but not on our website. Thank you

Hello Veronica,
The two most likely reasons for this:
1. Check that you clear your browser cache before testing. Hold down the CTRL key whilst pressing the F5 key which will reload the page from scratch without using cached (i.e. old) data - alternatively test in an inPrivate or incognito browser window
2. Make sure that you are uploading to the correct destination folder on the server in Step 5

Dear Paul,
Step 1 did not solve the problem. I am uploading to the folder public_html (this is the folder used for all previous exports). Problem persists - when viewing the website in 'preview mode' the new version appears. When viewing the live website online (regardless of PC / mobile device used), the old / previous version persists.
