My website -- www.wenslink.ac.in runs smoothly and beatifully in desktop but when I want to view it on mobile device(780px) it doesn't run properly, the elements are wrongly displaced. Please guide me.

Hello.You need to adjust the display and position of objects for different resolutions.You may also need to change the template settings.
The general technique is as follows:
1) Switch between different resolutions.
2) Change the settings.
3) Look at the result.
4) Change the settings again and so on.
