Spurious 'Caption' appears on blog post

I have a blog post which contains a 'Caption' when viewed online but does not exist in the blog source nor show on the preview engine. I have attached two images, one is of the online view (https://mybetterlifecoaching.uk/blog/?connecting-with-nature) and the other of the source settings from the X5 app.
This happens randomly. Any idea how to correct this?

Laurence, it does not appear to be at random. Every time I click on the menu option "blog" I see the caption "Should my life coach or therapist have real life experience"
If I click on Nature in categories or monthly posts the caption does not appear.
Did this caption ever get included in development??
Sadly I cannot reproduce this anomoly, but have you tried doing a full upload rather than a new and changed?? (when faced with a similar but unrelated anomoly I resorted to wiping my site and doing a full upload).
Please advise if you find a reason.
