Purchased RSS Object But Unable to Get it to Work

I'm tryiing to display an RSS feed in my website so I purchased the RSS Object. So far I'm unable to get it to function. When I export the website to local disk the RSS object on the web page reports that it can't open the link. The object did not come with any instructions nor can I find any use of it on the help system.

"When I export the website to local disk" - this object does not work without a server. You need to upload the site to a hosting or local server.

Thanks very much for the video link and the note about needing a server. I've installed an Apache server local to my PC and I can now see the object. I'm still investigating what rss formats the object understands.

Can an object display RSS feed for your blog?

I don't have a blog and I'm not planning on having one. I would like to embed public rss feeds in my site. I've tried a few and some work but the one I'm interested in does not. So I'm still investigating. It would be nice to know what the object expects in terms of the XML. On the site that doesn't work the object simplys says "can't open this link".

What URL seems not to be working right for you?
I've tested the one you have in your screenshot but I noticed that it doesn't work even if I visit it through a simple browser so I guess the link just isn't working right
