Use Malwarebytes and Spybot to check the laptop.
Uninstall and install again a framework
Check with AVG.
use CCleaner to clean everything.
Remove any directory created from the program.
Try in a safe mode.
Nothing still the same after some time uses the problem come.

Hello.Try to run the program as administrator.
If running as Administrator works - that's great!!
If it doesn't . . . . .
Temporarily disable or remove AVG and Malwarebytes (might as well hit Spybot as well), these programs have been known to block WX5 in the past. If this turns out to be the case, exceptions can be put in place.
(If you haven't exported the project/s recently, please do so. IWZIP is the only reliable form of backup in a catastrophe)
Although i run the program as administrator, it does not show the contents in "page creation". Does this bug repeat frequently?
i think... ...the same issue:

Many people including me can not speak Italian. However link of English topic does not contain solution. Issue proceeds the same. Anybody knows solution?
Grigorios, please sign in with the credentials you used to purchase v2019.3
Serkan, I used Google Translate add-on for firefox so I could read the posts, sadly no-one has the absolute solution.

If you have the time I would like to suggest you uninstall WX5 and use Windows Explorer to remove the current profile
c:\users\yourname\appdata\local\incomedia\website x5 pro (? - sorry, I think this is correct but I do not allow WX5 to load new versions in the same folder, so mine doesn't look like this)
Once deleted, download a clean install from your profile and re-install.
Please advise if this resolves the problem (or otherwise)
Unfortunately it seems that it is a bug in the program that occurs on some particular PC configurations and happens to many users. The Incomedia staff is already working to solve this problem
