What to do in this case?
remove artisan.png, goto the file name click it and press delete.
search for the picture on your pc, and place the local file on pc, to this location.
location could be:
C:\Users\your_pc_name\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 version..?\the artisans way\preview\images\artisan.png
it might be better to previously move it to saver place (like something else like the preview folder.
Sorry for intruding. . . . .
Mandar, just as a matter of passing interest, how did you open this project. It appears to have been created in v14 and you are now using v2019.3, did you perhaps copy the project folder?
The only safe way to open an old project is to import the iwzip (and this should resolve most path issues).
If you do not have an iwzip, open WX5 v14, open the project, go to step 5 and export project.
Eshac,
No problem to intrude, you are alway's welcome.
In this case I had the same issue with the template, it's a bug in in the template. But the preview is still correct.
But to get fully correct then you need to find, move and replace the picture. This happens more in templates with pictures standard in it, they can't be found with right mouse button location function.
But the template will still work correctly even without moving the picture itself!
So if the error itself does not bother you, then leave everything as it is.
BTW it's this picture: But because it's white with transparant background you don't see it in some picture view programs
To make it even more easy download picture here: (use right mouse button and save as function....)
