Which platform does WebSite X5 belongs to like wordpress, shopify, WIX, Weebly, Drupal, HTML, webflow, carrd etc.. I need to choose my CRM tool accordingly. Kindly let me know which best describes Website X5 as a platform. As for my view I think its HTML, please suggest if any.

X5 CRM is "useless" as CRM tool.

You are on the right track when considering ANOTHER tool as X5 for the CRM part.
If I understood Vijay Bhasker Yetapu correctly, then he already has a site on WebSite X5.He wants to find CRM for integration with this site.
This was also my understanding - another tool for the CRM part.
