Thank you.  I thought that the databases connection needed work due to a "generic Error" i receive on my site (www.jestchess.com) after clicking the buy now button.  The site works in the preview mode of the websitex5 pro.  However, when deployed the "generic error" appears as opposed to the paypal portal/option to submit payment, and receive the digital product/download link.  Do you have any suggestions for fixing the "generic error" and executing payment via paypal and digital download receipt?

Check the PHP version on the hosting.I recommend 7.2 or 7.3.

Check the error logs on the hosting.
