Deshacer actualizacion de 2020 a 2019 [Solved]

He hecho la actualizacion de website X5 EVO de la version 2019.3.17 a la 2020.1.5. No sé si será culpa del proveedor, la tengo hospedada en one.com con la oferta que me hicieron al comprar el programa, o de otra cosa pero me daba un error en la carpeta de escritura del blog, le dije que adelante y ahora resulta que la pagína no funciona en absoluto, no deja entrar en el area privada.
Quería saber como puedo hacer para volver a al versión anterio, a ala 2019.3.17

Hello Santos,
you can install the version 2019.3 downloading it from your Download page here in your Profile. Please note that it will be installed into a different folder, so you don't need to unistall version 2020.1.
Please check that your hosting provider is updated to PHP version 7.1. This is mandatory for 2020.1 version. Please note that older versions of PHP are already dismissed.
Moreover it seems from the image you attached that the folder you specified is not a valid folder where WebSite X5 can write, for example the comments that comes from the blog. Please check with one.com if this folder has 'write permission'.
The Pro version, instead of Evo, offer the possibility to write the comment via Database instead of file in a folder.

Thank you for your message.The request to undo the 2019.1.5 update to the previous one was due to the fact that access to the website of registered users was not working.
It seems that they have solved it for me and I am staying with the new version 2020.1.7 1 that seems to be working correctly.
