Removal of unnecessary features / additional issue - Email

Hello,
Working with our IT department, I was asked if it was possible to reduce the amount exported when "exporting to disk". Apparently, these features are not needed for our website's functionality: Admin, Blog, and Cart. Is there any way to exclude these from being exported so as to limit the code my IT department needs to sift through? (attachment #1)
The last issue pertains to email. When testing, we are receiving a line of Spanish text along the bottom, which I can't seem to edit in the Website X5 pro program. How are we able to edit / remove this from the emails? (attachment #3)

I noticed that before, when using an Italian template...LoL but sorted it now, you can also add logos to personalise etc. to top of email see attached.
