V20201.8: no mousehover on payment buttons... Difficult to see something

v2010.1.8: On some different buttons into the cart there is no moushover on them. So it's difficult to see if the button is active or not.
This one has no mousehover
This one too
And these 2 buttons the mousehover is too light
a fix should be welcome
