I bought a WebSite X5 Pro 2020.
I installed and activated according to the instructions in the email.
Everything went well.
Once started, the program will not start and will stop at Updating Libraries ...
I installed a completely clean installation of Windows 10 Pro, including all updates. No other programs are installed.
After very long time (several hours), the program starts, but you cannot run an empty template, and the program is generally inoperable.
I beg you for help.
Otherwise, I will request a refund money back.

Hello Pavel,
Please download the latest version of the software from here (version 2020.2.4):
Download WebSite X5
Then install the program as an 'Administrator' in Windows, with full privileges.
Restart your PC and attempt to run the program, again as an 'Administrator'.
Please let us know how you get on, or if you continue to have difficulties.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello Paul,
When I want to download an update from my profile, the answer is: "This page is unavailable"

No Antivirus program on my computer.Only the default Defender and Windows firewall. Clean instalation of Windows 10 Pro. Fully updated.
I have alerted Incomedia to your issue, Pavel. They should respond within 24-72 hours.
In the meantime, can you confirm whether or not you use a VPN, or any form of browser proxy?

No VPN, No Proxy
I uninstalled the Website, including the directories in AppData.
I reinstalled Website.
After install in the directory ... AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebInstaller I found the file WebInstallerLog20200623_0.log
# NOTE: All times are UTC
[23.06.2020 7:31:52] Error reading installation file: Odkaz na objekt není nastaven na instanci objektu.
[23.06.2020 7:31:52] [MainForm] ----- Begin -----

[23.06.2020 7:31:54] [Licence] Error 102 (p:RION) - Not found
But Licence file is in the AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro\ and activation is OK. I don't understand it.
Does user 'geosk' have full administrative rights and privileges in Windows?
The licence.iwl file needs to be in the User path of the user who is opening WebSite X5 in Windows.
What is the full path to the licence.iwl file on your computer? Is it C:\Users\geosk\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro\licence.iwl - or is it something else?
You need to install and run WebSite X5 as a superuser, not as an ordinary user.

'geosk' is in Administrators group. Czech version of Windows :)
Licence is in C:\Users\geosk\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro\licence.iwl
That's good.
If you are logging on as 'geosk' and attempting to run WebSite X5 from that user account then unfortunately we will need to wait for assistance from Incomedia, as your installation looks to be correct.

We will wait for Incomedia to comment on this issue.
Thank you for your time.

You're welcome, Pavel.
I hope for a swift resolution for you. I know how frustrating it can be when newly purchased software does not work straight 'out of the box'.
In most cases Incomedia will respond a lot sooner than the maximum 72 hours.
Hello Pavel
If the software starts correctly, please ignore the log you're seeing. The fact that Updating Libraries takes some time to load is not related to this. If the software should fail to start due to this error, let me know here.
The fact that you cannot successfully download the software from the website and the Updating Libraries takes some time to load indicates an issue with the internet connection.
Could it be that it is particularly slow? Or perhaps your internet provider has some kind of block setup?
Can you try connecting your computer to a different network? The mobile phone connection perhaps?
This "Update Libraries" operation connects to Incomedia servers to download files and if it takes so long to complete, it means something is blocking the net operativity.
Please perform the test I indicated and keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano

Probably the IP address of ISP was placed on blacklist. My internet provider resolved it.
WebSite now working OK.
