Opacity of tabbed text background

In a 'normal' text box it is possible to set the opacity of the backgound colour. However, I cannot find a way of achieving this when adding one or more tabs. Once this has been done, the main settings for the text box become superseded by the tabbed settings, where although there is a setting for the background colour, the opacity cannot be altered. Any ideas?

Stephen, the tab options allow to set a colour for the active background setting. Or are you talking about something else ?

I agree, the tab options allow the setting of a background COLOUR, but it is the OPACITY property which is missing. If it's a standard text field, there is a separate setting for this, and I find it very useful when I would still like to be able to partially see the object underneath.
Hello Stephen,
you can use the row formats to get this working.
In the below example with a picture.

I hope this is what you mean you can also use a colour if you wish.

Thank you Andre - that's very helpful. I hadn't previously investigated the Row Format properties.
You are very welcome.
The options for row format's is very nice, you can make great effect's with it.
If you use pictures it is advisable to resize them but if well set you get very nice site's!
best regards,
