W5 manager app can't connect to website when X5 program has been updated.  nl

When the X5program on my computer has auto-updated and the changed website has been uploaded to the web my W5 manager app can't connect anymore to the specific site. You first have to delete the site from the app and add it again, this all works then fine until there is a new update for the X5 program, than again I have t delete the site from the app and add it again.

What's the solution to stop this annoying bug?

Good afternoon

With v2020.1, the registration system received a complete overhaul and it is mandatory to uninstall WebSite X5 Manager App from your smartphone and download it again from the App Store or the Play Store.

Did you already update the application on your smartphone?

If you did and you're still unable to connect, please let me know here. I will turn the topic private and perform some tests for you

Hi Stefano,

My android updates automatically, so I don't know if the W5 app is te most recent or not.

The installed version is 1.7.14

Ik will remove it and install it again from the playstore to check if the problems are solved.

Deleted the cache first and after that the app from my android phone.

Restarted the phone and installed the app again solved the problem.
