Not possible to complete download  en

Hi having read the previous posts I am still having this issue.  I am running the program as administrator.  I have deleted the folder in the appdata, disabled antivirus, firewall and windows defender but am still unable to download any template could you please assist.  thanks in advance.

Can you tell us why it does not work? Do you download template from store or in x5?

Do you have the link option for download, does download start or not? Do you get errors?

maybe a prtscrn from where it goes wrong?

in short pleas elaborate....

Hi Andre, so basically when I start a new project I select the template to use, and the template starts to download and install, then gives me the error, It is not possible to complete the download (screen shot attached).  as previously said, I am running the program as administrator, have deleted the appdata folder, removed anti virus and firewall and also windows defender.  Many thanks Pam

And i gues you have this with every template or only this one?

I tested the same one you used and it downloaded and installed with no problem. So the servers off Incomedia work and the template is valid.

Maybe you can try it on another computer or using another internet acces point?

if you have a laptop maybe use your phone as internet acces point?

Else download full version from top right pulldown next to your name -> download. Install that one, reset pc, then try again.

also please try to temporarily disable your firewall and antivirus and start the program as administrator.

Hi Andre, it works fine on another computer so I guess I will have to use a different pc, not sure what the issue is though but thanks for your help

Great.

At least you know where the problem is, but solving can be a chalange.

Can it be that you don't have all privalages? Are you using pc end x5 as admin?

are you sure there is no other software that interferes? Try to start x5 only with as less other programs beide it as possible. If this works then add other software 1 by 1.

Is there enough space on the drive?

Hopefully one of these help, unfortunatly you need to drill down until you find the issue.
