Payment box in shopping cart

Do I have to have the payment box appear in my shopping cart, it does not make any sense why it is there, I just want the customer to see what they have purchased and pay via paypal, this box is confusing, any help appreciated.

The area circled in red make no sense and are confusing to the buyer, surely they should select what they want and then pay.

Steve I agree, the redundant summary box leaves much to be desired. I have marked your thread for attention by Incomedia. Perhaps if enough people complain they will give us the option to modify the content or simply optionally disable it.
... meanwhile you could try to hide those unwanted fields with the EXTRA code ...
