How do I resize the hamburger menu. At the moment it is too small and I cannot work out out how to increase its size.

Hello Derek,
You do this in Step 2 Template Content > Menu Object > Main > Button Style > Margin > Vertical:
The width will automatically be adjusted at the same time, as the hamburger button is squared.
